Live2D rigging service included Commercial Rights.

If the art isn't ready, Client may reserve a slot but a non-refundable slot reservation fee may apply.

Once PSD is sent, the work has started so no refund shall be allowed anymore.

During the commission, Client will be updated with WIPs in form of a video, Client may comment feedback and request any adjustment during this process.

After final payment and model delivery, Client is given time to test the model and request a revision for a rigging mishap without an additional cost. Please take a picture or record a video and send it to me.

All prices above include Personal Use license. A Commercial Use license may be obtained at additional fee.

Client may use the artworks in accordance to purchased license however, credits to me as the artist are always required at all times.

As the artist, I have the right to use my works for promotions on social media. Privacy fee is available shall the Client refuse me of this.

These terms of service will be included in the invoice and sent to clients via email.

Services provided are digital services. There won't be any physical shipping involved.

I own full rights to my commission works and may use them to promote my work.

Unless explicitly stated, all commissions only included a Personal Use license.

Once a sketch is approved, any revisions requested shall be charged a fee.

I do not consent my works to be used in NFTs.

Client is required to purchase Commercial Rights to use commission works for merch production.

Rig: Reservation⟶ PSD checkup⟶ First payment/Full payment⟶ Rig facial and hair physics⟶ Rig Head movements and head accessories⟶ Clothes physics⟶ Top body and clothes movements⟶ Full body general movements and physics⟶ Expressions toggles⟶ Animations toggles⟶ Full payment completed⟶ Model Delivery, the client will test and I will fix the rigging if it is neccessary

Client may use commission works according to purchased license.

Credits must be given at all times.

Personal Use license may included a signature in the commission works. Client MAY NOT remove the signature.

All payments are accepted via PayPal invoice.

All payments need to be completed before delivery. This includes any service that use payment plan.

A rush fee may apply if it is available when a client request a specific deadline.

Slot reservation is non-refundable.

For Live2D rigging, no refund shall be accepted once PSD is received.

In the case of a payment plan, if the client cancels the order, no refund is given for all payment that has been made.

In the case of commission cannot be completed due to a third party, no refund shall be given. For example, if the client asks for Live2D rigging from me but the artist failed to deliver the artwork to me, I shall not be responsible for a third party's failure.
